Futur Can Jove
We have advised Futur Can Jove as lawyers throughout the process of purchasing property in the SUPP6 Can Jove development unit in the municipality of Sant Pere de Ribes. We then managed to promote the urban development of an innovative and sustainable social-health and residential area, with more than 60,000 m2 of buildings, and where more than 40% of the new residential work will be destined to social housing. We are proud to also be the legal advisors of the urban transformation process.
