A 1,800m2 building for commercial use located at Calle Galileu 142 in Barcelona. The investor hired the services of EXNOVO Law for legal advice throughout the purchase process and legal analysis of all the development possibilities: office use, transformation to residential with the added problem of transferring 30% for subsidised housing, the possibility of co-living, and hotel use. We advised on obtaining the refurbishment licence and the subsequent sale of the property to another developer.
