El equipo de EXNOVO Law asesoró a un inversor polaco particular con todos los aspectos legales de la adquisición de una Villa en la isla de Ibiza: negociación de la escritura de adquisición con el equipo legal del vendedor, requisitos bancarios y de seguros, redacción del contrato de compra. La Villa dispone de una licencia para operar como establecimiento turístico: EXNOVO se encargó de todos los requisitos para la cesión de la licencia al nuevo propietario, y negoció el nuevo contrato de alquiler con el operador de Villa.
EXNOVO Law team advised a private Polish investor with all the legal aspects of the acquisition of a Villa on the island of Ibiza: negotiation of the purchase deed with the seller's legal team, banking and insurance requirements, drafting of the purchase contract. The Villa has a licence to operate as a tourist establishment: EXNOVO took care of all the requirements for the transfer of the licence to the new owner, and negotiated the new rental contract with the Villa operator.
